The primary aims of the research are to examine the impact of work-life balance on job satisfaction and the influence of job satisfaction on employee commitment inside 5-star hotels in Yangon. The study employs a quantitative research methodology and utilizes descriptive statistics. Furthermore, this study utilizes both primary and secondary data. The original data was obtained via a structured survey and evaluated using regression analysis. The data were obtained by conducting a questionnaire survey among 194 respondents who were non-managerial level staff of four specifically chosen five-star hotels in Yangon. The Ramane formula was used for this purpose. The respondents were chosen by a simple random sampling procedure utilizing an online questionnaire survey. According to the key findings, changes in one\u0027s personal life have an effect on one\u0027s level of pleasure at work, and job satisfaction, in turn, has an effect on the level of commitment that employee has to their job. The research highlights the significance of proper management of work-life balance in terms of increasing job satisfaction and employee commitment within an organization. Recommendations include implementing flexible work arrangements, improving the work environment and leadership, and providing opportunities for professional growth.
