Primary data were conducted by using structured questionnaires. A sample of 170 respondents from both middle and lower-levels of CB Bank were obtained by using Yamane (1967) formula. Secondary data is from official annual reports, internet websites, previous research papers, and academic journals. The respondents were selected through simple random sampling and the data collection period is May 2024.The descriptive statistics and multiple regression method were mainly used to achieve the study\u0027s objectives. The independent variables included two types of compensation: financial and non-financial compensation as independent variables. In the first part of regression analysis, both of financial and non-financial compensation positively and significantly affect job satisfaction. In the second part of regression analysis, employee job satisfaction also a factor that influences employee retention in CB Bank PCL. The bank should consider implementing a financial compensation scheme, such as stock options and gratuity bonuses, as well as non-financial compensation that pertains to work-life balance.
