This study examined the impact of financial literacy, access to money, entrepreneurial characteristics, innovativeness, and business networks on the outcome. This study utilised descriptive statistics and a quantitative research approach. The recruitment of the sample of 274 micro business owners in Mohnyin Township was conducted using a simple random sampling method. The data were obtained through the use of five-point Likert questionnaires. The researchers utilised regression analysis as a statistical method to identify and analyse the micro enterprises within the context of this study. The research conducted revealed that there is a notable positive correlation between financial literacy, access to finance, and business network, and the financial success of micro companies in Mohnyin Township. The business network component has been identified as the primary determinant of the financial success of micro companies in Mohnyin Township. The results of the study suggest that there is a notable and favourable impact of the financial performance of micro companies on the sustainability of micro enterprises in Mohnyin Township. It is recommended that local governments establish both virtual and physical centres where representatives from local enterprises can convene, fostering opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and collaborative efforts aimed at mutual support. Furthermore, it is imperative for the government to establish mechanisms for generating financial resources to support local microenterprises through the provision of grants.
