| E-learning has been a more and more appealing option since the launch of the Internet, and it is becoming better and better every day. The Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) has shaken the educational systems in the Myanmar and all parts of the world. It created a series of pedagogical shifts that posed opportunities and threats to the quality of education, especially Private Universities and Colleges in the Mandalay that cater to over thousand students in 2020. According to a multiple regression analysis, three variables (students' perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and self-efficacy) have significant and positive effect on students’ attitude towards using level regarded e-learning.
