The \nsample size was 200 respondents which is 22 % of 890 active uab pay users from \nBranch-27 of UAB bank. The Selection of respondents is conducted by using the \nsimple random sampling method. Influencing factors on customer satisfaction \nare analyzed with five dimensions of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, \ntrust, perceived value and perceived security. According to the results of this \nstudy, there were positive effects on influencing factors which are perceived ease \nof use, security and trust on customer satisfaction. Perceived value and Perceived \nusefulness was not significant on customer satisfaction.
