Data are collected from 125 managerial level of employees out of 446 managerial level of employees at hotels in Yangon by using simple random sampling method and online survey method. Secondary data are gathered from various sources, including books, articles, journals, websites, and previous research. Descriptive statistics and linear regression methods are used to analyze the data. The findings show that market orientation, learning orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have positive and significant effects on knowledge competence. Knowledge competence has positively and significantly effect on innovation. In addition, innovation has positive and significant effect on business performance.
