The study uses both primary and secondary data. This study used the Raosoft sample size calculator to determine the sample size, employing a simple random sampling method to collect data from 95 out of 125 nurses at Pinlon Hospital. Primary data is gathered through questionnaire surveys, utilizing structured questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale distributed among nurses at Pinlon Hospital. Secondary data sources include academic publications, academic websites, research papers, and the HR department at Pinlon Hospital. For data analysis, both descriptive and linear regression methods are applied. According to regression analysis, the study found that talent management and leadership styles have a significant positive effect on employee engagement. Furthermore, the study discovered that employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance at Pinlon Hospital. Based on these results, the management of Pinlon Hospital should prioritize talent management strategies that enhance recruitment, development, motivation, and retention of nurses. Furthermore, encouraging transformational leadership that uplifts and empowers nurses while upholding transparent standards and encouraging behaviors can help increase employee engagement.
