The study found that NMS Shoes Factory prioritizes its employee’ well-being \nby implementing the health \u0026 safety procedures, resulting in high awareness and \nsatisfaction among the employees. Additionally, the factory provides fair and competitive \ncompensation than other rival factories. Employees are happier and more satisfied in \nworkplace because healthy relationship between employer and employees as well as among \nthe co-worker.
