Secondary data are gathered from previous papers, documents of NMS \nShoes Factory, and information available on their website. Descriptive statistics and \nregression analysis are employed for data analysis. Results from multiple regression \nanalysis reveal that the training program, medical allowance, employer-employee \nrelationship, and employee-employee relationships have positive and significant effects on \njob satisfaction. Job satisfaction has also positive and significant effect on employee \nperformance. The study found that NMS Shoes Factory prioritizes its employee’ well-being \nby implementing the health \u0026 safety procedures, resulting in high awareness and \nsatisfaction among the employees. Additionally, the factory provides fair and competitive \ncompensation than other rival factories. Employees are happier and more satisfied in \nworkplace because healthy relationship between employer and employees as well as among \nthe co-worker.
