Customer satisfaction is positively and significantly \nimpacted by service quality, online guest reviews, and customer perceived value, according \nto the study. According to the regression analysis, there is no moderating effect of \ncustomization on the relationship between customer satisfaction and service quality. \nCustomer loyalty is found to be positively and significantly impacted by customer \nsatisfaction. The Aureum Palace Hotel and Resort Pyin Oo Lwin ought to redesign its \noutdoor garden with a range of regional plants and concentrate on raising awareness of \nsustainability.
