The study is conducted\nby using structured questionnaires on 103 respondents out of 400 medical employees\nworking in Sakura Hospital by using the questionnaire survey method. A simple random\nsampling method is used to select the respondents from the medical departments at Sakura\nHospital. Descriptive statistics and linear regression are used for data analysis. Based on\nthe data analysis, customer focus and top management commitment from total quality\nmanagement practices have a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction in\nSakura Hospital. Moreover, employee satisfaction has a positive effect on employee\nperformance in Sakura Hospital. The management teams should emphasize customer focus,\nand top management commitment to total quality management practices to increase\nemployee satisfaction and employee performance in Sakura Hospital. Most importantly,\nSakura Hospital should emphasize more on building a well-established customer\nrelationship system and take more leading roles in supervising quality teams, exploring\nhow effective the quality enhancement plan and resource allocation plan are.
