In this study, the sample size was \ncalculated by using the Raosoft sample size calculator. Primary data are collected by \nquestionnaire survey with a simple random sampling method to select 135 wholesalers \nfrom the total population of 200 wholesalers of Bone Kyaung Sago manufacturing \nbusiness. Both descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis are applied for data \nanalysis to meet the objectives. From descriptive analysis, it is found that wholesalers \nagree that the Bone Kyaung Sago manufacturing business has been practicing both \nknowledge acquisition and multi-sourcing strategy, and they are gaining good operational \nand business performance. From regression analysis, it is found that the explicit \nknowledge acquisition of Bone Kyaung Sago manufacturing business has positive \nsignificant effect on operational performance of its wholesalers. Its multi-sourcing \nstrategy through supplier dependency and price competition have significant positive \neffect on wholesalers’ operational performance. The operational performance is positively \naffecting on business performance of wholesalers.
