It is found that teamwork and support, and fairness have positive effect on affective and continuance commitment. Role clarity and teamwork and support positively affect normative commitment. The findings indicate that social-skills has positive relationship with organizational commitment. Affective commitment and normative commitment affect job performance of employees.
