The findings indicate that intrinsic rewards are more attractive than extrinsic \nrewards at United Amara Bank although both rewards have positive significant effect on \nemployee motivation. Moreover, employee motivation has positive significant effect on \nemployee engagement. The findings of this study provide that important implications for \nmanagers to give attention on extrinsic rewards and intrinsic rewards to motivate their \nemployees.
