The findings indicate that students\nprimarily use mobile phones for communication and learning but lack access to\ncomputer software and devices due to high costs, poor internet connectivity, electrical\nissues, and a lack of ICT training for half of the respondents. Additionally, students\nhave a positive perception, attitude and satisfaction of ICT use in learning.
