According to the results, all of the items were significant at either .01 or .001 level and organized as a single test named \" The Myanmar Version of the Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescents (SAS-A).According to the result of reliability analysis, the internal consistency reliability coefficients were found to be .71 for Fear of Negative Evaluation (FNE) subscale, .69 for Social Avoidance and Distress (SAD-New) subscale, .41 for SAD-General subscale and .78 for the whole Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescents (SAS-A). The results indicated that the 18-items Myanmar Version of the Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescent (SAS-A) is a reliable test and an appropriate measure for the Myanmar cultural setting.
