The primary and secondary data are used for this study. The primary data are collected from 85 out of 108 respondents by using simple random sampling. Using Raosoft sample size calculator with 5% margin of error, 108 for known population size, 95% confidence interval and response distribution (50%). Secondary data are collected from related text books, websites and international research journals. Descriptive analysis and linear regression method are used in this study. This study indicates that organization commitment and job satisfaction have significant and positive effect on work engagement. Moreover, work engagement have significant and positive effect on intention to stay.
