Descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression model are used in this study. The result indicates that training, and flexible job assignment have significant positively effect on HR Outcome. The result also shows that HR outcome has positive and significant effect on organizational performance of Aung Taw Win Foodstuff Manufacturing Firm.
