Primary data are collected\nthrough Five-point Likert scale questionnaires by using simple random sampling method.\nAccording to the regression analysis, the results show that objective and goal setting,\nencouraging productive behavior and feedback on performance have positive and\nsignificant effect on employee satisfaction. The analysis result indicates that supervisor\nsupport has complete moderating effect on the relationship between encouraging\nproductive behavior and employee satisfaction. This paper aims to study employee satisfaction of Myanma Tourism Bank. The main objectives of this paper are to examine the effect of performance management on satisfaction of employees and to analyze the moderating effect of supervisor support on the relationship between performance management and employee satisfaction of Myanma Tourism Bank. There are 500 employees in 24 Branches of MTB Bank in Yangon, 350 are non-managerial and 150 are managerial (MTB, 2023).
