The\ncurrent economic and social situations in Pyinmana Township were examined using a\ndescriptive method based on secondary sources and information. The data was\nprocessed and then shown in tables and graphs. Major data sources included the\nMinistry of Planning and Finance\u0027s Planning Department of Pyinmana Township, the\nDepartments of Health, Education, and General Administration of Pyinmana\nTownship, as well as websites on the Internet. The study\u0027s time frame is between\n2011–2012 and 2020–2021. This study explores the development of economic and\nsocial sectors such as education and health in Pyinmana Township. Moreover, the\nstudy also utilized socio-economic indicators to analyze the socio-economic\ndevelopment conditions of this township. The findings of the study show that\nPyinmana Township experienced favorable economic conditions during the study\nperiod. With the economic growth in the agricultural and industrial sectors, the annual\nincomes of the local people in the township increased, and consequently, their\nconsumption of services also increased. When analyzing the socioeconomic\nindicators, the results proved that the township has been experiencing favorable\nconditions in education, health, and other social sectors.
