The purpose of the\nstudy is to determine how to assist timber buyers from MTE that the timber can be\ntracked and has been legally produced , so quick of timber flow . The objectives of\nthis study are to study timber tracking system in Myanmar, to examine quickly get\nLegality Documents for timber flow, to examine the traceability of logs purchased\nfrom MTE. A random sampling method used to collect 10 Companies from timber\npurchasing clients of MTE in Yangon. The study found that QR Code is essential of\ntimer sale by MTE for providing buyers with legality documents, which can help the\ntimber tracking mechanism and quick of timber flow from the timber stump to the\nexport. Before not developed the QR Code System, clients of MTE was facing too\nmany issues that printed labels with Iron Hammer Mark on top of logs are difficult to\nrecognize/not obvious/incomplete information through these labels, tracking to the\nstump is not carried out and delay of timber flow from rural depot to Yangon\nindustries. Now, developed QR Code System, there is no need to repeatedly request /\nwait / maintain a large number of documents as a hard copy. Just by scanning the QR\nCode on log with mobile phone, all the information will be accessed easily and\nimprove quick of timber flow. The study suggested that MTE should change from the\ncurrently implemented Central Station system to a Multi Station system which is the\nsystem of QR code related on log start at of local depot .
