The study are employs quantitative and qualitative\napproach, surveys, and interviews with key stakeholders, including private and public\nsector organizations and labor unions. The findings highlight the contributions of\nlabor institutions in shaping labor policies, facilitating collective bargaining, and\nresolving labor disputes. It is found that the dynamic interplay between labor\ninstitutions, governmental regulations, and the aspirations of the workforce. The study\nshows that the role of labor institutions in promoting workforce productivity and\nfostering inclusive growth. The implications of the study provide valuable insights for\npolicymakers, labor institutions, employers, and other stakeholders to enhance labor\ninstitutions\u0027 effectiveness and contribute to inclusive growth in Myanmar.
