The survey was conducted on 150 randomly selected\nemployees of ten non-governmental organizations in Myanmar with a structured\nquestionnaire. Most of the respondents agreed that procurement planning improved\ntheir job performance and increased the number of good or service orders from various\nprojects. Procurement negotiation gives concessions and bargains, increases\ncollaborative relationships, and builds trust. Supply chain management is a major issue\nin many organizations as firms realize the importance of creating an integrated\nrelationship with their suppliers and consumers.
