The findings\nsuggest that out of the seven elements of the marketing mix, namely product, pricing,\npromotion, people, and physical evidence, there is a notable impact on patient satisfaction.\nThe findings of the study indicate that the element of people is the most influential\ndeterminant of patient happiness. Additionally, it has been observed that customer pleasure\nexerts a substantial influence on customer loyalty. Ma Har Myaing Hospital should\nenhance the human element by implementing customer service training programs for all\nservice providers. Additionally, it is imperative for the program to offer educational and\nskill-enhancing training sessions that are tailored to address the current pandemic and\nemerging diseases. In order to enhance patient care, it is imperative to provide a\ncomprehensive range of services that cater to the diverse needs of patients, encompassing\nboth general nursing care and specialized medical interventions. In order to enhance client\nattraction, it is advisable to establish a competitive pricing strategy by conducting a\ncomprehensive analysis of service prices offered by competing hospitals. Moreover, it is\nimperative to enhance the digital marketing efforts on social media platforms such as\nFacebook.
