The secondary data are collected from relevant textbooks, articles, referred and academic research papers of local and international papers and also related websites. The findings of the study indicate that the influencing attractiveness factors such as product variety, service quality, aesthetic, and convenience and accessibility have a positive effect and significant on shopper satisfaction.
