Both primary and secondary data are used to accomplish the objectives of the study. Two-stage sampling method is used to collect primary data. Two branches, Myanmar Plaza and Hledan Branch are chosen out of 7 branches using simple random sampling method. The primary data are collected from 150 respondents by using systematic random sampling method. The data collection period is from 1st July, 2023 to 10th July, 2023. Customers are collected who are every 10th customer entering the restaurant. The secondary data are collected from academic research paper, relevant textbooks, journals, articles, empirical studies, internal websites and social media.
