According to the findings of this study, among five dimensions of service quality; information quality, trust and assurance have significant and positive effects on online shopper satisfaction. Among them, assurance service quality dimension is the most predictor in this study. It is also showed that online shopper satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on loyalty towards Timeless Premium Vintage House.
