In order to meet the research objectives, both primary and secondary data are used. The descriptive method and linear regression method are applied in this study. The primary data are collected from 77 employees out of 96 employees in Getz Pharma Company Limited. Raosoft’s sample size calculator is used to determine the sample size of the study. The survey data is collected by using simple random sampling method. The secondary data are collected from relevant textbooks, articles, referred and academic research papers of local and international papers and also related websites. By analyzing the effect of occupational stressors on health, it is found that occupational stressors have positive effect on health.
