In order to accomplish the objectives of the study, both primary data and secondary data are used. The primary data are collected from 112 students out of 160 students of regular and online EMBA 19th batch with simple random sampling. The secondary data are collected from previous research paper, empirical studies, internet websites, published journals and relevant text books. Financial attitude, financial knowledge and locus of control are considered as influencing factors on personal financial management behavior.
