In this study was carried out in four out of twenty-four\nprivate banks in Yangon. Data collection from this study was based on 200 employee\nattitudes towards human resource management practices of selected private banks. In\norder to meet these objectives, the descriptive research method was conducted in this\nstudy. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaires by interviewing\nand meeting responsible persons from selected private banks. The study found that\nhuman resource planning, recruitment and selection, training and development,\nperformance appraisal, compensation, safety and health, and employee relation.
