The main objective of this study is to investigate\nthe relationship of supplier management, customer management and logistics\nmanagement to the supply chain performance optimization and to realize how\nperforming 5 R’s in those management will affect the supply chain performance. This\nstudy used the descriptive research method. For this study, sampling of 40 supply\nchain officers of all populations in supply chain department of FAME\nPharmaceuticals Industry Co., Ltd in Yangon. The study used primary data which was\nlargely quantitative, collected by use of research questionnaires. This study used\nsimple random sampling (SRS) method. Both descriptive and regression statistics\nwere used in data analysis. Descriptive analysis involved the use of frequencies in\ntheir absolute and percentages. Regression analysis investigate the relationship of 5\nR’s (right place, right time, right quantity, right quality, right price) in supply chain\npractices to the supply chain performance optimization. These two have positive\nrelationship. It was found that 5 R’s practices in supply chain procedures influence the\nsupply chain performance optimization.
