Data for the study was\ncollected from 50 respondents of four major paper mills and the relationships\nproposed in the framework were tested using the rigorous statistical technique.\nFrequency, mean and standa.rd deviation were used to analyze the objective one and\nPearson correlation and regression analysis were used to test the relationship between\nsupply chain management practices and competitive advantage. The findings are\npresented by the table and the major findings were that there is a positive relationship\nbetween supply chain management practices and competitive advantage explained by\nthe four independent variables. This research is only on the case of pulp and paper\nindustry in Shwe Pyi Thar industrial zone. Therefore, this study recommends further\nresearch on other firms that are not in the pulp and paper industry.
