Both Pearson Correlation and regression analysis were performed in\ninferential statistics. Recruitment and selection practices is positive relationship of\nregression analysis. Recruitment practices, the highest mean score is promotion from\nwithin. Selection practices, the highest mean score is interview. It was found that\nrecruitment practices significantly influence retention of employees in KBZ Insurance\nCompany in Yangon. The outcomes further reveal that selection practices\nsignificantly influence retention of employees. This study also concluded that\nrecruitment and selection influenoe retention of employee have association to each\notlrer. IKBZ Insurance also analyzes the recruitment and selection by new employee\nturnover rate during the probation period.
