The analysis also represents that green\ntraining and development, green performance appraisal and green compensation and\nreward system have significant effect on organizational commitment. The results also\nindicate that job satisfaction has strong effect on organizational commitment of\nemployees at their respective organizations. This study highly recommends the hotels\nneed to emphasize green recruitment and selection, green performance appraisal, green\ncompensation and reward management and green employee involvement to increase job\nsatisfaction. The hotels also need to focus on green training and development, green\nperformance appraisal and green compensation and reward management to enhance\norganizational commitment.
