Primary data is gathered through structured questionnaires which are self-administered and secondary data is collected from relevant websites, documents, departmental reports and articles. There are a total of ninety nine employees in four hotels which are familiar with GHRM practice using a census sampling method to meet two objectives of this research. GHRM practices include green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green compensation and reward and green prformance appraisal. Eco-friendly behavior includes task related green behavior and voluntary green behavior. Based on the regression analysis, green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green compensation and reward and green prformance appraisal have positive effects on employee task related green behaivor. Moreover, green recruitment and selection has positive effects on voluntary green behavior. Task related green behavior and voluntary green behavior have significantly positive effects on hotel environmental performance. It can be suggested that hotels need to choose candidates who pledge to practice ecological during personal interviews and give everyone the chance to receive training in environmental management issues as employees\u0027 environmental behavior is beneficial to the hotels.
