Work-life balance is one of the important features to achieve organization's goals and employees' well-being. This study aimed to describe employees’ work-life balance condition in non-profit organizations. Descriptive method was used and information was collected from 87 full time staffs at different positions of Phyu Sin Saydanar Action Group with structured questionnaire.
