This study aimed to describe employees’ work-life\nbalance condition in non-profit organizations. The findings indicate that the\ncondition of employees\u0027 work-life balance is fair and it is almost the same between\nmale and female respondents. Work-life balance is one of the important features to achieve organization's goals and employees' well-being. This study aimed to describe employees’ work-life balance condition in non-profit organizations. Descriptive method was used and information was collected from 87 full time staffs at different positions of Phyu Sin Saydanar Action Group with structured questionnaire. The findings indicate that the condition of employees' work-life balance is fair and it is almost the same between male and female respondents. The results show that the respondents are most satisfied with work and work environment but they are not satisfied with the factors that can affect the employees' work-life balance such as perform ad hoc works, taking long hours to complete some tasks, needed to work beyond working hours, work brought home and too much workload. |
