The study intends to describe the socio-economic condition of trishaw drivers and to examine the Trishaw Drivers’ benefits and challenges in their working conditions. The descriptive method is based on primary and secondary data.87 respondents are collected by using the random sampling method. The findings of the study reveal that the socio-economic condition of Trishaw drivers is in secondary education, poor health care, lower living standard, insufficient income status, different level of ages is working in this informal sector. Trishaw Drivers began the lives of trishaw drivers to pay back their debts, lack of choice, absence of formal employment, and migration. Trishaw Drivers have a positive mind and good relationships with related people. Trishaw driving is a freelance job, being able to work with little investment and an easy way of earning more money and employment. Global epidemic conditions and advanced transport systems are as Trishaw Drivers’ challenges. Therefore, the result of this study suggested that the government needs to implement a good life-saving program and microfinance loan, free civic education, a low-cost medical facility for Trishaw Drivers.
