This\nresearch used descriptive method based on both primary and secondary data. Primary\ndata were collected through a survey with structured questionnaire using five-point\nLikert scale and respondents were fulltime staffs of MRCS, Red Cross Volunteers at\nall level of MRCS. Secondary data were taken from various sources of MRCS. The five\naspects of the study are functions, programs and trainings, educational promotion,\nfinancial support to all staffs which support to organizational performance. But there\nare some challenges and barriers which selected staffs to provide training and\nprofessional development; international support to tailor investment programs to suit\nthe needs and receiving timely guidance from leadership and senior management level\nfor human capital development in MRCS.
