In this study, the population size is one hundred and two employees who are working at four restaurants under EDGE Hospitality Co., Ltd. The primary data are gathered through structured questionnaire which are self-administered.The results of this study show that the main components of core self-evaluation, which are emotional stability and self-esteem, positively affect the organizational commitment of employees at EDGE Hospitality Co., Ltd. It also discovers that the organizational climate has a mediating effect on the relationship between core self-evaluation and organizational commitment. Moreover, the study reveals that the organizational commitment has a positively significant effect on the job performance of employees at EDGE Hospitality Co., Ltd. The study highly recommends that the company strongly supports and improves organizational commitment by recruiting highly self-evaluative employees.
