The primary data are collected through structured questionnaires (5-point Likert Scale) is used to collect data from 110 respondents who are only managerial level of Century Beverage Company Limited. Secondary data are collected from the report of respective functional department of the company and reference paper from the website and textbooks. This study reveals that leadership and organizational culture have significantly positive effect on motivation (extrinsic and intrinsic). Motivation has significant positive effect on employee performance. For the analysis of the study on moderating effect of organizational commitment between motivation and employee performance, it is found that among the three organizational commitment, affective commitment has the complete moderating effect on the relationship between extrinsic motivation and employee performance. Moreover, continuance commitment and normative commitment have partial positive moderating effect on relationship between extrinsic motivation and employee performance.
