(Myint Naing Win, 2022)", "subitem_1551255648112": "en"}]}, "item_1583103085720": {"attribute_name": "Description", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"interim": "The main objectives of the study are to examine the effect of HRM practices on turnover intention of employees and analyze the moderating effect of job satisfaction on relationship between HRM practices and turnover intention of employees in Ayeyar Hinthar Trading Co., Ltd. Both primary data and secondary data are used. Analytical research method is applied. Based on Yamane formula, 144 employees are chosen as sample out of 224 employees from Ayeyar Hinthar Trading Co., Ltd. Structured questionnaire with 5-point Likert scale is used to collect primary data. The study reveals that all HRM practices have the significant negative effect on turnover intention. It is found that compensation is the most effective factor on turnover intention. Regression result indicates that negative effect on the relationship between HRM practices and turnover intention when job satisfaction plays as moderating factor. By monitoring the talents and skills of employees, department heads or managers should give career advices and job rotations that are more suitable for the employees. Ayeyar Hinthar Trading Co., Ltd. should assign relevant tasks and responsibilities to employees according to their positions and skills.
