The study was undertaken the rural area of Yaedashe Township.\nThe primary data are collected from the four villages through structure questionnaire.\nThe studies on effects of electrification are analyzed by Likert Scale. The secondary\ndata are collected from the township electricity supply office, Ministry of Electric\nPower and other relevant departments. The descriptive method is used in this study.\nThe study finds that socio economic development in education, health, public service,\nsocial activities, living standard, rural development and agricultural productivity\nbecause of it got electricity in their village. Rural electrification is clear on the social\nbenefits of the rural people and the significant of electrification on economic, business\nand market benefit is still low.
