Cross-sectional descriptive study approach was applied to collect the survey\ndata among 125 respondents who were currently working in the plantation sector. Selfadministrative\nstructured questionnaire was used to collect the data among the chosen\nrespondents. Random sampling method was used in choosing a village tract from 39-\nVillage Tracts of the selected Township. While choosing individual respondent,\nsystematic sampling method was applied. Primary and secondary data were based on\nthe survey analysis (the period from 2000-2020). Knowledge questions were correctly\nanswered by most of respondents except in the areas for the occupational hazards\nnamely biological hazards, psychological hazards, and mechanical hazards. However,\nphysical hazards were well recognized by most of the respondents since more than twothirds\nof respondents correctly answered those questions. Most of the respondents have\nfair attitude. It is concluded that most of the respondents from Hmawbi Township have\nsatisfactory knowledge and attitude regarding occupational hazards.
