The Secondary data are collected from the record of Financial Regulatory\nDepartment and concerned division which constructed the data reliability to analyze the\nfunctions of microfinance service providers. Description
This study attempts to analysis of Functions of Microfinance Institutions in
Myanmar. Microfinance plays a crucial tool for poverty reduction in Myanmar. It also
intends to analyze the client perception on Microfinance activities in Nay Pyi Taw. This
study is only a focus on measuring client perception between customer’s perceived
service quality performance and expectation on service of Microfinance by client. The
