The objectives of the study are to\nidentify the current status on Myanmar Company Online (MyCO) Registration System,\nwhich is the initiative well-developed e-Government service in Myanmar and examine\nthe customers’ satisfaction on MyCO system in term of perceived ease of use,\nperceived usefulness, and perceived risks. In this study, using the descriptive method\nof simple random sampling, sample size of 220 respondents who are registering in\nMyCO registration system based on Technology Acceptance Model. The questionnaire\nwas designed based on the Technology Acceptance Model in the field of customer\nsatisfaction. After four years from the starting date of MyCO system, systematic\nanalysis for improvement still remains to research. The results have showed that 81%\nof respondents were very satisfied with MyCO system and 19% were satisfied to some\nextent with the MyCO system. In this situation, financial payment transaction issues\nand some technical challenges still remain in the system. This study helps MyCO users\nwho have faced difficulties in using the system for their transactions. Moreover, this\nstudy could support in order to find out the gap between the implementation of e-\nGovernment services and users on MyCO system.
