Multistage sampling method was used in selection the township, wards\nand village tracts, the respondents and the survey was conducted on the 240 residents.\nThe study reveals that although community in this region is not fully beneficial yet,\nsome social and economic impacts are gained because of NCA. Furthermore, the\nstudy has shown infrastructure expansion, upgrading improvements in provided\nservices and facilities and positive changes especially in education and health sectors,\nin these years after initiating NCA process compared to the pre-NCA periods, but\nthere was no significant fact in income and employment growth of the community.
