This research used both primary data and secondary data.\nThe primary data is collected by using structured questionnaires and used descriptive\nanalysis. The questionnaires have been distributed to 200 employees out of 500\nemployees (40% of population size). The questionnaires are distributed through\nrespondents who are chosen from the top and middle-level management of Head\nOffice and branches using a simple random sampling method. Multiple Regression\nAnalysis is used to know the effect of credit management practices on performance of\nMOB Bank. According to the result, the three credit management practices (collection\npolicy, client appraisal and credit risk control) positively and significantly affect the\nperformance of MOB Bank. Credit terms are not effect on performance of bank.
