According to the correlation result, the workforce\ndiversity factors and employee engagement positively significant effects on employee performance. The\nstudy recommends that the management team of bank should consider gender diversity as an internal\nresource for achieving marketing and all employees in organization should perceive diversity as a source\nof a competitive advantage within the firm. They should embrace age diversity for the potential impact\nthat it has for creativity and innovativeness in the firm. Moreover, bank\u0027s management should consider\nthe employee experience for achieving the organization success.
