The study used descriptive research\nmethods and regression analysis through the use of SPSS. According to this study,\ntalent management practices such as planning and retention have a positive and\nsignificant relationship with employee performance, whereas procurement and\ndevelopment have no significant relationship with employee performance. In\naccordance with the results, HR planning has the dominant effect on employee\nperformance. According to the results of this study, Yoma Bank needs to support the\nmajority of talent management practices in all business and operational units. Under\nthis study, employee performance has a significant positive effect on competitive\nadvantage. Yoma Bank is already establishing a people division for building a talent\nmanagement framework and HR policy. Furthermore, effective talent management\npractices can assist organizations in increasing employee performance and competitive\nadvantage. Therefore, the study recommends that Yoma Bank should include all talent\nmanagement practices in order to ensure improved employee performance.
