Both primary and secondary data used to meet the\nobjectives. The respondents of the study are top five banks (KBZ Bank, CB Bank,\nAYA Bank, MAB Bank and GTB Bank) to contact with the unknown customers.\nPrimary data is collected by face to face interview method with the uses of research\nquestionnaires instruments. A 200 total respondent who have connected to five banks\nare selected by using random sampling methods. The descriptive statistics and\nmultiple linear regression analysis methods are used to meet the objectives of the\nstudy. The independent factors considered in this study include service quality,\nrecommendation, location, reputation, knowledgeable \u0026 competent personnel and\nfinancial benefits. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, this study\nfound that service quality and knowledgeable and competent personnel have\nsignificant positive influences on decision making for customer choice of banks. By\nunderstanding the needs and wants of customers, banker can further improve the\nquality of service. Training should be conducted from time to time to ensure that staff\nare fully qualified. In addition to the in-house training, the trainings are conducted by\nexperts from outside the office, and the quality of the employees can be improved and\nthe work can be carried out smoothly.
