The independent factors considered in this study include service quality,\nrecommendation, location, reputation, knowledgeable \u0026 competent personnel and\nfinancial benefits. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, this study\nfound that service quality and knowledgeable and competent personnel have\nsignificant positive influences on decision making for customer choice of banks. By\nunderstanding the needs and wants of customers, banker can further improve the\nquality of service. Training should be conducted from time to time to ensure that staff\nare fully qualified. In addition to the in-house training, the trainings are conducted by\nexperts from outside the office, and the quality of the employees can be improved and\nthe work can be carried out smoothly.
