Therefore it is\nsuggested that Shwe Bank should provide safe and flexible working condition such\nas shift daily attendance, work from home system , rotation with team especially\nduring Covid 19 pandemic and offer attractive salary and bonus, fringe benefits,\nallowances and health care support in Covid 19 pandemic. Shwe Bank should allow\nemployees to extend their ability, knowledge and to get opportunities for\nadvancement of self improvement and career development. Moreover, Shwe Bank\nshould provide fully responsibility to proceed their daily tasks and to give chance to\nmake up certain decision and to solve customer complaint by themselves.
